Good cleaners. Terrible website that sets them up to fail.
The cleaners were fantastic and fast. But the WEBSITE lies all over the place. The website clearly stated NOT to take anything out of the fridge (In at least three different places on the website!), that the cleaners would do that. But the cleaners showed on their instructions that *I* needed to empty the fridge, and refused to clean my fridge! The website says that you won't be billed until after the cleaning is done, but I was billed the day before. I suspect at this point the website was created by AI and no one is able to take responsibility for it. Both I and the cleaner contacted the management to complain and they just said they would "change the website" rather than offer any apology to the cleaner, or any refund to me, when they only did two thirds of the job I hired them for!
