No buyer support for problems - avoid ! I have had a successful experience in Alibaba a few times for expensive items. However, this time when I had a problem with an order for the first time the dispute resolution from a customer perspective is absolutely shocking. I have been lied to and scammed by the supplier who continually say they have shipped when they have not. The mediation from Alibaba seems ai based and is absolutely NOT on the side of you as buyer. I have stopped buying completely now on Alibaba. Great if supplier is good , if the supplier is not then you are on your own. Avoid !!!
