Problems with Resin Patio I had a new resin patio just over three years ago, I was very pleased with the initial work. However, the patio has now developed brown staining over the whole surface, I have contacted the Company both by letter email and by phone over a period of about six weeks. I received a ten year guarantee on completion which I would like to take advantage of, regrettably the company has not answered my letters or replied to my phone calls, so it appears that James is happy to take your money but does not want to know if there are problems.
