Terrible service What a crappy business this is. A package to be delivered to my house that was clearly marked was delivered to wrong address, a nasty neighbour. I had given specific instructions not to deliver to this neighbour’s address. I had even given the What3Words code to make for a foolproof delivery but this was not to be. I emailed this Isle of White Distribution expecting at least a smidgeon of an apology. As they never replied I can only assume that this is the standard of service that Isle of White Distribution strive to achieve. I have given them one star but this one star too many.
