Beautician who wasn't compassionate I wrote a review a couple of years back praising the quality and how great their products were. This picture attached shows the third day of how red my eyes were when they used the remover. I told the beautician that my right eye is very painful.. She said oh have to wait 5 minutes to let it work so can remove the old lashes. I repeated that my eyes hurt. So I tokk it off and asked her to wash it off. She used 2 saline tube and said it OK. I trusted her and this is the pain I have to endure even after using eyes drops and eye bath. Please let me know what I should do. Everytime I blink my right eye, I can feel soreness. I've been your customer for may many years and I don't think is fair!
