Very poor experience! Ordered online stating it was in stock - no wool delivered after about 3 weeks of waiting. Emailed them with no reply. Phoned them and was informed the wool was not in stock and they would refund me. Money not received- had to ring them and suddenly the money appeared in my PayPal account. Was not informed wool was out of stock at any stage, ignored my email and if it wasn’t for me phoning them at each stage I would have not been refunded. Will never use them again….oh and no apologies at any stage!
