Not welcoming Hi I have never been more upset and disappointed by the treatment given by this hotel. We arrived as a family for lunch only to be greeted from the carpark by a man shouting at us not to park here. This man names is Robert Nichol he had no uniform didnt identify himself as staff but was very aggressive in his manner. He didn't even wait until we were parked. When he approached the window of my car and I told him we we're going in for lunch again he aggressively shouted and gestured his hands come on on then. I was with my 3 children who were very upset with his threatening manner. I never would I recommend this hotel Robert is embrassing his potential customers in carparks. He showed how unprofessional he is and he is damaging the tourist industry as ill be left with this experience for awhile. I spoke with Megan regarding this at reception she tried to help but to no avail. I didnt stop for lunch as I brought my custon elsewhere. This hotel should be taken off as a recommendation on tourist sites as this is why I chose it. I would love to here back from hotel regarding this as I was close to going to the police for his behavior towards a woman 3 children trying to park for lunch in the rain
