Biggest shit show I have ever experienced! Biggest shit show I have ever experienced! I returned my order after trying on two pieces the same day I received them. But fast forward one week, and I get a new package from ASOS with one of the items returned to me, no note, no explanation. I reached out to their customer support to understand what on earth was going on. Their response? A brief mention of their return policy and a claim that the pants had “biological stains” on the end of one inner leg, along with a picture. First of all, how on earth does your team identify “biological stains”? I’d genuinely love to hear your thoughts on this. Secondly, it’s obvious in the picture that these are not stains at all—it’s clearly glue from the pants’ inner stitching. And lastly, it’s plain to see the pants have never been worn: the tag is intact, and there are no signs of wear like you’d expect if they’d been used for any length of time. WTF?! Customer service, particularly Rajat and Omar, were shockingly inflexible and completely uninterested in finding a solution. I’m deeply appalled at how ASOS treats its customers, especially when it’s clearly their mistake. No way to escalate, no one to actually talk to and resolve this—just complete indifference. I have never been treated this poorly and am beyond disappointed. I will never, ever order a single thing from this ASOS shithole again!
