Really bad
This is the worst experience I have had with any online service.
I am from Trivandrum and confirmed multiple times whether they would deliver to trivandrum before confirming an order for water proof trekking shoes. The order was placed on May 8th.
They were a little unresponsive and I had to keep following up to see pictures, get confirmation etc. They asked me to remind them on May 23rd and that they will dispatch it the same day and have it reach me on 26th May, that is today.
I reminded them on 23rd evening and they told me they hadn't couriered it yet. Which I thought was unprofessional. You shouldn't have a customer reminder be the only way for you to dispatch shoes. They confirmed again then that they will dispatch it on 24th May in the evening. Please note that prices, advance amount, size of shoe and shoe model, dates - everything was confirmed.
I texted them today to ask where it has reached when they told me that they never dispatched it since the the rental cost does not meet their minimum amount. The problem is that I only have a couple of days left for my trip. They never informed me that they are not dispatching it or that it doesn't meet the minimum amount for an order. Infact I only got any information as and when I called them up today, on May 26. They had no solution just by the way when I spoke to them either.
Maybe this company works for you if you are in the city where they have a shop and you go and rent directly in person. However, for somebody out of that city, DO NOT rely on them to courier it.
