Terrible installation experience
The awning itself appears to be of good quality and is functioning as expected so far. However, the installation process was extremely disorganized and unacceptable. The team came poorly equipped with only small ladders unsuited for the heavy lifting required, forcing me to provide proper equipment, such as scaffolding, ladders and a fork lift and even assist with the heavy lifting myself. To make matters worse, there was a lack of professionalism—no cleanup afterward or even basic courtesy like a thank you. Overall, I cannot recommend their services for anything beyond shutters.
