Poor reliability and no support The installation was completed on schedule and initially met expectations, but the system started malfunctioning after just one year. It trips constantly and doesn't work as it should. Unfortunately, attempts to contact support have been ignored, with no responses to emails or calls. The lack of aftersales service is extremely disappointing and leaves me feeling stranded with no resolution.
