Their failure to address serious safety issues and provide the bare minimum in customer support is unacceptable. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from 360 Fitness Superstore. Their business practices are unethical, prioritizing profit over customer safety and satisfaction. This establishment lacks accountability and integrity, and in my opinion, it should be shut down for failing to uphold basic consumer rights and safety standards. Do not let yourself be swayed by the facade of quality or reliability they attempt to project; your money, time, and safety are far too valuable to risk.
