For domestic work avoid!
I asked Andy to produce a cost report for me for a large domestic extension. The first report he produced had errors throughout and was clearly generated by a program with no checking before being sent out, when i contacted him he produced a second report but this also had obvious errors with it. I asked Andy to resolve these but he said they were design issues and for me to stop wasting his time. Hopefully this review helps others wasting time and money.
