Out 1 bottle and customer service doesnt care
On September 1st I ordered 2 bottles of 60mg tirzepetide. I only received 1 bottle. I did not open my package to mix up the peptide until the middle of September. When I discovered there was only one bottle, I promptly began calling the customer service line. They did not answer. I have been calling them everyday and they never answer. I only get the answering machine- I tried texting the number, emailing the company, and even filled out the contact info on the website to get a customer service response but received nothing. This was my second order from them and I'm terribly disappointed in the lack of attention to fix this. The product itself is great but the way they are treating me is not. I pain almost $400 for my order, I deserve better customer service than this.
