extremely disappointing experience — completely unreliable service
I had an extremely frustrating experience with this exchange service. I was initially told that my money would be transferred to the destination in rials within less than six business days. Unfortunately, that was nowhere close to what happened.
After six or seven days, I was told, “We will do the transfer tonight.” They didn’t. The next night, the same promise. Then the next day. Then the next night. This continued for four more days, with a new excuse and a new promise every time.
Eventually, I told them clearly that I no longer wanted them to complete the transfer and simply wanted my money refunded. They agreed — but once again, it was the same story: “Tonight,” “tomorrow,” “the next day.”
After waiting approximately 12–13 days, they still had not properly resolved the situation. They only refunded a portion of my money, explaining that because they had only received a transfer for a small amount, they could only refund that portion. They then told me they could not even promise when or how much of the remaining money would be transferred back.
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. My money has effectively been tied up for almost two weeks, while I have received nothing but repeated promises, delays, and excuses.
If you value reliability, transparency, and actually receiving your money within the timeframe you were promised, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before using this service.
For me, this was a terrible experience, and I will not use this exchange service again.
