Extremely delayed account upgrades The account upgrade process has been incredibly frustrating. I purchased a one-step account, successfully passed the challenge with no rule breaches, and received an email stating I was eligible for an upgrade to a funded account. Despite following all the steps, it’s been almost two weeks, and the upgrade is still pending. Reaching out to support hasn’t helped—they just keep telling me to “kindly wait,” as though I haven’t already been waiting long enough. This level of delay is unacceptable, especially for something as basic as an account upgrade. Let alone a payout.. I regret purchasing from this firm.
