Top Notched – First Rate Company. I had an issue with a light installation contractor. Knowing said light installation contractor was using Bear Light track system, I sent them an out of desperation email. Within two hours on a Thursday evening, I was having a conversation with Bear Light. They got involved and got my project on track. Without their involvement I strongly feel I would have been out my 50% deposit with the light installation contractor. When the time came to have my other property dressed up, I knew who I was going to be working with – Bear Light, hands down. Everyone “talks” customer service. This company delivers true customer service. THANK YOU Bear Light.
