Poor customer service
I do not recommend Greg stone flooring. Poor customer service throughout. We had karndean fitted in the lounge and hallway whivh was very poorly laid and therefore corrected using a box of flooring which was left over (what we paid for) We also had to repaint the whole lounge as they marked the walls with green stains from the glue. We then, in good faith, booked and paid for the kitchen, I was told if I booked with them again we would get the flooring that was used on the previous mistakes reimbursed. We paid nearly £450 for two boxes as apparently they gave us the third for free. We were left over with one full unopened box of flooring and one nearly full. When I asked to return the unopened box and get a refund for the materials not needed, they completely refused. Although I had paid nearly £450 for two boxes and left with nearly two that I didn’t need. Steve was rude and patronising via emails and I wouldn’t be surprised if he replies to this in a patronising manner
