Unprofessional and unresponsive
Served the wrong company and avoided accountability when confronted. Despite explaining the mistake, they ignored follow-up calls, making the situation even worse. Suing the wrong entity shows an alarming lack of diligence, and their refusal to address the error left me extremely disappointed.
