Scam!
This is a scam! They told me my order had already been dispatched (I have the email), but the moment I asked for a tracking number after a few days, they cancelled it instead. Clearly they never shipped anything and just made it up. Completely dishonest and a total waste of time. Avoid.

Hi Morgan,
We sent you the tracking details earlier. Australia Post confirms your order was delivered on 10 April at 16:17.
The Express Post item was lodged on Tuesday 7 April at 11:39. Monday 6 April was a public holiday (Easter Monday - Australia Post CLOSED). Delivery then occurred on Friday, which reflects a delay within Australia Post’s network, not an issue on our side.
We ask that you review the tracking information before forming conclusions. The delivery timeline is clearly recorded.
We take issue with your claim that we are a “scam.” This is not accurate and is contradicted by our track record and customer feedback. You may wish to reconsider such defamatory language.
We have sent your tracking number. It confirms the item remained within the Australia Post system throughout.
Regarding the refund:
We cancelled and refunded your order because your first message to us included an immediate threat of a chargeback, before we had a chance to respond. You stated:
“If you don't hear from you about my order status by tomorrow, will file a bank chargeback. No joking.”
We do not continue transactions where chargebacks are threatened at the outset.
