Great idea and good produce but the fact they don't take back their ice packs and bags made us stop.
Overall it was a positive experience, with one major exception. The food we received was generally good quality and we frequently couldn't tell why it was labeled "imperfect." Sometimes there were some errors in what was delivered but nothing major. If you are quick, you can pick out exactly what you want, but you have to be diligent because they don't give you a whole lot of time to make your choices. The one major flaw we found, and it was something that made us ultimately discontinue the service was that they don't take back the freezer bags so we were soon swimming in both bags and the ice packs that came with them. It was very, very wasteful and made us terminate the service.
