We chose the TrustID path, and it has worked well. The client signs, the link is sent, and the report returns quickly. Our team hardly needs to get involved. Setting it up took just two minutes, which was a pleasant surprise. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is that I wish we could customize the message clients get with the onboarding link. It’s a small detail, but it would help the process feel more personal and less like it’s coming from the platform. Overall, this is a very helpful update.
