Motown is 100% Best Motown is the 100% best. They were very efficient in replacing my furnace and hot water heater. They were prompt and courteous in all their communications with me both in person and over the phone. I cannot say enough good things about them. Every question I had was answered clearly and without hesitation. The City Inspector wanted a pan under my hot water heater and they came right out and made the necessary adjustments to put the pan in. There were two minor gas leaks and both were safely and promptly corrected. I felt a safety and comfort in my home that I haven't felt in over 30 years. That was unexpected. My furnace was really old. The efficiency of the furnace is much better than the previous one. I haven't gotten my gas bill yet but I'm sure it will be less cost to run the furnace.
