Wedding photography
We booked a photographer via let it click.
The experience was mixed: let it click is quite professional and some small special requests were processed for us. The communication was between 3 parties (photographer, let it click and us) which meant that there were some misunderstanding and slow responses overall. The main problem during the preparation was that we were not able to message to the photographer until a few days before (and we did not manage to have a call with the photographer to discuss the planning at all; only text messages). This included a discussion over text just ahead of the wedding about the contractual agreement made months in advance.
The photography at the event itself was ok and we also asked for videos which are nice. The most important moments were captured and the pictures look good. However, not many pictures were taken during the drinks reception (very few 'candid' pictures). Which means that some guests are only on one picture (staged group picture) and others are not any picture. Which is not what we expected from a 6+ hour photography job with less than 100 guests.
So overall we certainly expected more, especially better planning upfront and more pictures of the guests.
