Good workmanship but dreadful customer service The work carried out was good. What lets them down badly is the really poor communication from their office - far too slow to respond to emails, quotes with wrong address details, emails go unanswered / too slow to respond to emails and supplier deliveries not effectively communicated to, or followed up with the most important person - the customer. Overall, okay/disappointed is my experience given how expensive they are. As a business they have a niche but the customer service from their back office requires a great deal of professional improvement and that is what holds them back and has led to mediocre rating from me
