Instrument out of scale!
There worse experience possible.
First: they promised "30 day guaranteed delivery..." I needed to ask them to send my handpan as they largely missed the deadline.
Second and most important: The handpan is out of scale. The owner Mattia Ingrosso doesn't reply customer messages and when he eventually do it he threatens and call the customer a fraudster because the customer is not happy with the "instrument".
Don't buy fom them. I've got the "instrument" that is unplayable and they don't bother! Awful!
