Frustrating behaviour of a boat guide
It was ok with some luck to see whale tales. But what spoiled all my impressions and made me depressed was an inapropriate behavior of an employee. Instead of assisting me with getting downstairs with my kid because I had a problem with doing it correctly, he started to reprimand saying: you are a mother, how can`t you take care of you kid, read tables more attentively, etc. I was so much shoked by these words, that got stuck with a beginning panick attack. I still have no words and think it is inappropriate. An employee's role is to offer help, not judgment, and the remarks made to you were not only inappropriate but also deeply unprofessional. Very bad experience with this company.
