Terrible experience
My elderly aunty received a message notification on her Samsung phone which required a clean of her phone. She paid $80 for this service at this business and after returning home, she then noticed there was a virus on her phone. She returned to see if they could support and they quoted her an extra $90 to fix the virus. My husband had to wipe the virus for my aunty’s phone which was a very straight forward task. I believe this company has taken advantage of my elderly aunty and they should be ashamed of their lack of service.
