Update on review posted in January 2025
After repeated follow-ups I managed to get a maid for 24 hours and also the document to support that maid is staying with us for 24 hours.
Now the maid will go on leave for over a month within a month of joining work.
I have informed the agency ( Nikita and Ayan) to arrange for replacement.
Hopefully will get better one without much hassles.
My request to agency is to keep a proper data base with past work experience and recommendations/ reviews from past jobs. Also maids are registered with different agencies. As they switch jobs and are only looking for alternative for accommodation- maids work only from r stop gap manner. There is no professional commitment even though hired through registered agency.
Anyone hiring kindly consider the above if hiring for long term basis. It’s difficult to make PC verification and security registration for each maid every month.
I will update further after I see how replacement works through this agency as per their contract of one year.

We understand the inconvenience caused during transitions, but such procedures are essential to ensure trust, legality, and long-term reliability. Domestic staff are individuals, not machines, and occasional emergencies are part of this sector across all agencies.
Regarding databases and work history, we continuously work on improving records and background details. However, it is important to note that domestic workers may change employers due to accommodation, family, or personal reasons, which is a common industry-wide reality.
We remain fully committed to providing support, replacements as per contract, and the best possible service. We request clients to allow reasonable time for verified replacements so that safety and service quality are never compromised.
