Horrible service, overpriced for what you get
Misleading service. Paid $350 to have a 1 and 3/4 page agreement reviewed to ensure there were no major concerns and to suggest language to address. Original draft prepared using a variety of template agreements and some fine tuning via AI. All I got was brief comments in the margin (redline) where there were possible concerns and no language suggestions how to address, which of course, they offered at the end to provide for another whopping $600...for a 1 & 3/4 page document!!!!! Can you say "bait & switch"? I went with this service based on the positive reviews of fairly quick turnaround (2.5 days not that quick) and shame on me. i don't know if they are fake or people are completely ignorant about value for service. I could have had the entire agreement written up by a local lawyer (not just a review and edit of a draft) for 1/2 to 3/4 of the total cost this shady service want's to charge me for review and a few fixes, which in the end, were completely useless and ignored. I feel totally scammed. Unfortunately, "live and learn" costs money. Never again will I use AirCounsel for any legal advice whatsoever.

Hi Sandro,
We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. However, we do need to clarify a few points so the service provided is represented accurately.
You purchased our Contract Review service. As clearly explained on the ordering page and FAQs at the time of purchase, this service includes identification of legal issues and risks, together with lawyer recommendations on how those issues should be addressed. It does not include rewriting or amending the contract language itself. Amendments are a separate service, as the scope, time, and liability involved vary depending on the document.
We would also like to clarify that all reviews are carried out by qualified, experienced lawyers with substantial commercial and contract law backgrounds. Our legal team has advised thousands of clients, and our reviews are deliberately detailed, practical, and risk-focused, reflecting the standards and judgment applied by experienced practitioners rather than automated or generic analysis.
That said, and importantly, despite amendments not being part of your order, after your complaints, our lawyer went beyond the scope of the service you purchased and provided you with a full red-line edited version of the document, in addition to detailed clause-by-clause commentary. This was done proactively and in good faith to try and ensure you were satisfied.
The optional CAD $600 fee referenced was simply an offer to have a lawyer implement the recommendations directly into the document on your behalf. Many clients choose to do this themselves using the review and guidance provided, while others prefer a lawyer to make the changes. It was not required to receive value from the review service.
We respectfully disagree that this was a “bait and switch.” The service boundaries were clearly disclosed prior to purchase, and you received more than what was included in the service you selected. That said, we acknowledge that our service was not the right fit for your expectations, and we regret that your experience felt frustrating.
We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best going forward.
