Unprofessional and costly experience The staff were polite, but the quality of work was far below expectations despite agreeing on a sale. They acted unprofessionally and refused to return my full deposit, leaving me out of pocket by £500. Their lack of competence was frustrating, and I strongly recommend avoiding them.
