Despite repeated messages, phone calls, and requests, my payment remains pending. I was repeatedly given assurances, but the payment never arrived. What is most disappointing is that after all my patience and efforts to resolve this matter professionally, I have now been told that my salary will not be paid. Is this how an institute treats someone who has genuinely worked for them? Making someone work and then refusing to pay their earned salary is unacceptable.
