Planning Appraisal for the erection of a Rooftop Terrace
I used Homz services to get pre-planning application advice on a rooftop terrace project in London. The service was straightforward and professional. After providing basic project details online, they researched relevant past applications in my local Authority before a follow-up phone call which was a good opportunity to discuss their insights and share my own ideas and expectations. Although, I was already familiar with most of their recommendations and that no similar project have been submitted before, they provided a detailed and professional report a few days later. Overall, a smooth and informative process and I will very probably use their service to manage my planning application.
