DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!
I reached out with a concern regarding my child being without two medications for 5 days. Unable to leave a message when you do no one returns your call. I spoke to someone in person gave details and was ensured someone would call me. I’m still waiting for the call.
Here are some facts for those thinking of using this place...DONT!!!!
1/20 - Arrived to Valor
1/23 - Text from my child that he had not had a meal since he arrived. He was eating snacks from a care package I sent prior to his arrival. I sent him money so he could get food.
1/27 - text from my child that he took his last dosage of Remeron and Buspar on 1/23. Please go look up the recommendations on these medications when you suddenly stop taking them. I called the "house supervisor" and left a message no return call. I called the 800 main line spoke to Misty explained everything. She stated they would make sure a release was on file as my child is over 18 and someone would call me.....never happened.
I did not sleep that night and my gut as a mom said get him the hell out of there. I had him leave and come home that morning. He left at 8:30 and NO ONE called until 1:40 in the afternoon to let me know that they did not know where he was.
After speaking to my son he had been rationing the food he bought and eating once a day. They only go to the food bank on the weekend and he arrived on a Monday so I suppose they starve until the weekend.
