Very helpful sessions We recently completed some sessions with Melanie, and found them to be a practical and valuable experience. Melanie’s approach was supportive and approachable, and the sessions covered a variety of techniques to enhance wellbeing, including mindfulness, stress management, hypnotherapy, and breathing exercises. The hypnotherapy sessions, in particular, were a useful part of the course, helping to address mental blocks and create a deeper sense of relaxation. Additionally, the breathing techniques Melanie taught were incredibly effective for managing stress and dealing with difficult situations. The sessions also had a positive impact on many of the staff who participated. They helped improve morale, and the breathing and mindfulness practices provided tools to handle stress more effectively. Melanie presented the material clearly and in a way that made it easy to remember on a day-to-day basis. I believe this course would be incredibly beneficial to other GP surgeries or healthcare settings. The tools and strategies provided can help improve staff wellbeing, reduce stress, and create a more positive work environment.
