What to expect First things first, I never write reviews, but this company has pushed me to it. Their customer service is an absolute joke. I’ve tried calling multiple times—sat on hold for over 30 minutes the first time before giving up, and the second time I was dumped into voicemail after nearly 20 minutes. I’ve sent two emails, and they claim to respond within 24 hours, which is completely false. It’s been over 72 hours and I’ve heard nothing. If you ever run into an issue with this website, good luck—because their customer service might as well not exist. If I could give them less than one star, I would. One star is honestly too generous.
