Stoners make Boners I ordered from Top Shelf B.C. and paid by e-transfer. They tell me they did not receive it . I insisted that I paid but they say no way did they receive payment. Top Shelf made me call the bank to verify that the transaction did indeed happen. Still they say it did not. After spending more than 2 hours on the phone with the bank, they find that the reason for this problem was because Top Shelf did not accept the e-transfer .????? No apology, nothing. These people appear to be smoking more than they are selling. Be warned, these pot head stoners at Top Shelf B.C. are just too stupid to deal with .
