False advertising and unreliable shipping. They claim same-day dispatch and free next-day delivery for orders over £100, but neither is true. My parcel was sent using standard DPD shipping days later, taking nearly a week to arrive. It appears they operate as a dropshipping middleman without actual stock, which adds unnecessary delays. Avoid this site if you value accurate service and timely delivery.
