Oxford Bathroom extremely disappointed
We are currently into the 12 week of a 8 week contract to do a full bathroom renovation. I really have not had a worse experience with any other company. Nothing has been done on time and they are terrible at replying to messages and calls. Both the project manager and the operations manager have failed to reply to me. I would avoid giving them your business. They use sub contractors for everything and they really don't care about their customers. Some sub contractors had not been paid by them others were working with them for the first time. They have ruined our carpet by not putting protection down prior to working. The wrong mixer was ordered and by the time the correct one turned up it was over 2 weeks since strip out, the strip out company didn't remove the waterproofing as contracted to do. The plumber turned up to install fixtures but there was no toilet for him to install even after I reminded the project manager the week prior. The toilet we had on our contract was not available after more than 8 weeks of work being started.
This is only some of the issues we have had and still can't move back in because over the last two weeks apart from the delayed shower screen being installed nothing else has happened even after multiple confirmation of work being completed by the project manager. I have lodged a complaint with Fair trade NSW but this will take approximately 6-8 weeks.
Do not engage Oxford to work on your renovation.
