Very good indeed I've been a few times, firstly with injuries requiring physio and rehab - and now increasingly for maintenance and prevention. I'm really impressed with each practitioner's skill and knowledge. The main person I see now is Nilnate, the sports massage expert. She has loosened up just about every muscle and joint that's been stiff and creaking. I go once a month, because it's an essential part of my wellbeing.
