Bad flight booking experience I booked a round trip from Singapore to Melbourne and back from Melbourne to Singapore for a family trip. The screen display didn't show any stop over (happy to provide a screen cap to show my claim). I only found out there will be a stop over at bali for 3-4 hr on my return trip. I am puzzled and felt cheated for the stop over. Furthermore both flights to and fro, my family were not seated together. This is totally different from other online booking service like which I have no above mentioned problem. My experience for this trip with Agoda has left a very very bad impression of their flight booking services.
