Lack of customer service After reading the recent reviews, it does seem to be an ongoing issue. I suspected Redback were making intentional delays to ‘upgrade offers’ to make it impossible to complete by Redback’s deadlines. I am hoping this review reaches ‘James’ and he can also look into our claim. System installed in August 2025 and hasn’t worked since and offer received. Now they have retracted the offer at the last moment.
