Frustrating and Inefficient Lending Process
Horrible first-time experience trying to use their lending services. As someone who values seamless processes, I expected much better. Despite linking my bank account as required, I had to repeatedly follow up because my application wasn’t being addressed. Then they claimed my account wasn’t linked, leading me to submit multiple statements unnecessarily. Their promised 24-hour turnaround is far from reality. The constant need to chase updates on my case was exhausting. Proceed with caution if you’re considering applying.
