Unforgettable Kilimanjaro climb and safari
This november we did the Lemosho 8 day climb, followed by a 5 day safari with Shah tours. From the first contact to the final drop off at the airport, we had nothing to worry about.
For the climb, Shah Tours provided us with an excellent crew. The 2 guides, Calvin en Lightgod, did everything to bring us to the summit in best conditions. King David the cook was amazing, there are no words for his skills (check out his little King David Restaurant in Maji ya Chai, on the way to Arusha). Everyone of our porters had a big contribution in our succeeding, because of their positivity and smiles that were always present.
During the subsequent safari our driver/guide Oskar showed his great experience in locating the sometimes almost invisible wildlife. Thanks to him, we could make some amazing pictures of The Big 5 and lots of other animals and birds. The glamping tents accommodation during this safari trough Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro were very nice.
It was a once in a lifetime experience which we shall cherish forever.
