Do not trust their service Completely unprofessional and incompetent. I would never trust them with any service, not even for something as simple as a toy tractor. My experience was deeply disappointing, and the lack of expertise was evident. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. Russ sold me a BRAND NEW Bad Boy mower. It still doesn't work. I've taken it back to him 4 times for warranty work. He can't even fix a BRAND NEW mower. Warranty is WORTHLESS. Bad Boy, Briggs & Stratton and Russ are completely USELESS.
