Awful
I spent several hours handling the following issues:
- cleaners lost the key
- cleaners turned water and hot water heater off. The renters were coming in a few days later; this didn't make any sense. Should have asked us first as we had explained only reason they were off was because we had not had a chance to return to the house before next renters. We had left the hot water set to Vacation mode, but cleaners turned it to OFF and tenant had to relight pilot light.
- laundry should have been done at house as I was told it could if cleaners had enough time between tenants. Laundry was going in the Facetime when I spoke to the cleaners. I asked what they had in it if not the linens and was not given a response. I can only assume they were doing their own laundry at our house.
- I was then charged the full price
