Transformative results for branded searches
We never thought about what happens when someone Googles our brand name directly, always assumed that was the easy one we didn't need to worry about. TrueShield pulled up our branded search results one day and walked us through what a first time visitor actually sees, an old news piece that wasn't flattering, a review site we'd never claimed, a LinkedIn page that hadn't been updated in two years, all of it sitting right there before anyone even reached our actual website. They built out content specifically designed to own that first page, a proper about page, a press section, a team page with real depth, things that pushed the other results down and replaced them with things we actually controlled. Its one of those fixes you can't unsee once someone shows it to you, and now when someone searches our name what comes back actually represents us.
