Project abandoned customer 'ghosted'
Tristan's performs a competent job of basic chimney inspections and cleaning; however, the owner and staff lack the experience and skill to repair or remediate issues with cracked masonry tiles. Carol is excellent at scheduling work but cannot compensate for the owner's lack of professionalism in failing to respond to the customer after repeated emails and calls following abandonment of work. Fortunately Avery County had at least one competent and experienced chimney craftsman who repaired the damage and completed the project.
