Terrible customer service DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I am filing this public complaint and escalating my request for an immediate, full refund. A Kiwi.com customer service agent provided me with dangerously incorrect information that directly resulted in me incurring significant, unnecessary financial loss by being forced to book alternate flights.
