Ugh! :( I really want to support local but this has been frustrating so as a shopper I feel the need to pass it along as I read reviews as well when I make decisions. We bought and extension table a year ago. Spent almost 10k on it. I will spare the details of it being built wrong and all the other timing issues we had. I’m coming here because after a year we are having issues with the finish and I’ve reached out to lumber2love twice with absolutely no response. It’s surprising because you would hope they’d stand by their product and I simply asked a question and wanted some follow up on how we can better clean our table. No reply. We have the rubio monocoat finish and when you drop any sort of food source on it it seeps into the finish. We are eating normal foods, no chemicals or anything like that. And we wipe it up right after a normal dinner hour timing. Beware of what finish you choose because this is almost like dripping food on raw wood as that is how hard it is to get off the table. With this being sold as an heirloom table I don’t see how it will last. It needs a better finish to last. I’m writing this review in hopes to get a response from the company.
